Literary Work

One form of outreach I engage in is providing literary translations of Indian philosophers. In these translations, I do not focus on the philosophical nature of these texts, but instead I focus on its poetic elements. In so doing, I present these translations as a platform for non-academic readers to become familiar with these philosophers.

Published translations:

“From the Mūlamadhyamakakārikā” & Translator’s note. The Hudson Review. Volume 74. Issue 1.

“Senses,” “Fire,” and “Suffering” by Nāgārjuna. New Poetry in Translation. Issue 6.
